Inside Salesperson for Personal Lines Insurance (April 2025)
As an Inside Sales Representative for Personal Lines, you’ll be responsible for selling insurance policies to new clients. You’ll provide expert guidance on our various personal insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively prospect for new clients and contact any referral leads to identify insurance needs and opportunities.
• Provide detailed quotations and coverage explanations for personal lines insurance products.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Meet or exceed the monthly sales goal of $30,000 in new business premiums monthly.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals as needed
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional communication
• No life sales required
Qualifications:
• Must be a team player and enjoy working with a team.
• Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building relationships.
• Plus, if you are knowledgeable about Hawksoft and Agency Zoom.
